SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location – Dublin

Type – Permanent / Full-Time

Package – 70k+ (DOE)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The company are among the very best at what we do. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people and deliver the very highest standards on some of the most exciting construction projects around. They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Ideally you will posses the following traits but is not restricted to:

§  Relevant third level qualification

§  5 years' experience plus

§  A background with Mechanical and Electrical projects a plus

§  Data Centre development, construction and design a definite advantage

§  Chartered or working towards chartership ideally

§  Experience with estimation, tendering, procurement, reporting, analysis and final accounts

§  Excellent client facing profile with suitable experience within the sector

§  Motivated and diligent team player
