Senior Quantity Surveyor – Cork

A leading, rish Main Contractor is currently recruiting for an Experienced QS to work across projects in the Cork area. 

With a strong portfolio of work due to run in cork for the next 2 years, there is excellent room to grow and develop with this forward thinking contractor that has been in operation for the last 75 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of their Midlands Projects, reporting to the regional Director.

Duties

• Responding to tender enquiries.
• Preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities.
• Monthly valuations.
• Variations
• Final Accounts
• Join meetings with both Developers and Clients in the office and on site

Criteria

·         Degree in Quantity Surveying, civil Engineering or relevant subject

·         10+ years’ experience in a similar role

·         Commercially minded

·         Excellent client skills

·         Attention to detail
