A growing main contractor based in Dublin is currently recruiting for a Senior QS to work on a variety of projects throughout Dublin.

The Company

Established over 20 years ago, they have developed a reputation for delivering = projects to a diverse range of clients throughout the Irish construction market.

With a range of projects from High-end luxury residential projects through to restoration and conservation projects in listed buildings you will get to work on a number of exciting construction projects.

The Person

·         Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

·         Proven track record of dealing with subcontractors, clients

·         Ideally experience within commercial / residential sectors

·         Accurate reporting
