The CSR Group has an immediate opportunity for a Site Foreman/Assistant Site Manager to work on a large scale, New Build Residential project in Omagh. Our Client requires the Foreman to have extensive experience in the day to day running of a busy residential project.

Applicants must have a proven track record of housing schemes valued £1.5M+.

Criteria

• Detailed project list of contracts £1.5M+
• Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process
• Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Computer literate
• Supervisors Card

Duties

• Working Closely with the Contract Manager and Site Manager
• Management of Sub - Contractors and Direct Staff
• Key role in supervision of all works
• Deliver progress reports and lead management meetings
