CSR Construction has a new opportunity for a Site Supervisor/Foreman to work in Derry area. The Large Public Sector Organisation has an ongoing need to add a Foreman / Supervisor to their team due to an increase in their current workload. This will be somebody who is adaptable and enjoys a challenge at work.

Salaries around £25-30k

The role

·          To supervise a team of mixed trades operatives on response repairs to Housing executive properties

·          To ensure all work is carried out on time and to the correct quality

·          To use computer systems as required

·          The timely and accurate  provisioning of materials and ability to liaise with other foremen and client officers etc. as required to successfully complete the work

·          To ensure the accurate and proper costing of any work carried out

·          To ensure that time spent on jobs is productive and commercially viable

·          Ensure compliance with health and Safety requirements

·          Ensure the proper justification and utilisation of transport and equipment

·          Assist in the preparation of callout rotas for out of hour’s service delivery

·          Plan, co-ordinate and manage sub-contractors when required.
