CSR is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a medium sized residential project in West Dublin.  This company prides itself in the quality of their work, on time and within budget. At least 2 years work in this location

The Candidate

• 5yrs+ experience as a Site Manager
• Residential Experience
• Trade highly beneficial or relevant degree
• Keen eye for detail
• The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality
•  Strong focus on health and safety

The Person

• 5yrs+ Site Management experience
• Residential experience
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practises
• Relevant certs
• Main contracting experience
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written
• Proficient I.T skills
• A motivated team leader
