The company, based in Northern Ireland are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a project in East Belfast, ideally the candidate will have a good social housing project history and a keen eye for detail. With this role you will be working on a compact social housing scheme.

Packages around £35 - 45k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade background
• Extensive experience in social housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
• Site Supervisors Card
• First Aid

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Director level.
