The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s medium sized residential construction contractors. The company, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a 3 storey apartment project in the Derry/Londonderry, comprising of 30 units in total, ideally the candidate will have an extensive background in social housing and timber frame apartment builds and have a keen eye for detail.

Packages around £35-40k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade or engineering background
• Extensive experience in timber frame multi storey apartment projects
• Experience on sites with contaminated ground
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
• First Aid 

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contract Manager level.
