Site Manager – Dublin

CSR is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a large residential project in Dublin. We are looking for someone to take the project from green field to turn key, take full responsibility as No.1 on site but you would have backup as well. This company prides itself in the quality of their work, on time and within budget. They’re one of Irelands leading main contractors in just about every aspect of the industry.

The Candidate

·         5yrs+ experience as a Site Manager

·         Residential Experience

·         Trade background highly beneficial or relevant degree

·         Keen eye for detail

·         The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality

·         Strong focus on health and safety

The Person

·         5yrs+ Site Management experience

·         Residential experience

·         Excellent knowledge of health and safety practises

·         Relevant certs

·         Main contracting experience

·         Excellent communicator both verbally and written

·         Proficient I.T skills

·         A motivated team leader
