Site Manager – Kildare

CSR is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a small residential project in Kildare. Ideally suit someone coming from a residential background. Our client is a medium sized contractor who prides themselves on delivering projects to the highest of standards with quality workmanship and professional service. Because of this they have seen steady growth and repeat business over the last 40 years+.

The Role

·         Management of sub-contracted services

·         Weekly and or monthly reports of all activities on site

·         Responsible for the day to day running of the site

·         Responsible for Health and safety on site

The Person

·         Highly motivated and independent

·         Excellent communicator both verbally and written

·         Proficient with IT

·         Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations

·         Previous experience as Site Manager 5yrs+

·         Residential experience
