Site Manager – Residential – North Dublin

One of Irelands leading Main Contractors is looking to recruit a Site Manager for a Medium size Residential Project in North Dublin. The project itself is due to break ground in roughly 4 weeks with a value of €15 million. They have continuously produced high quality residential properties in Ireland over the last 25 years and have now one of the best names in the business. 

They have an unrivalled track record in design and construction projects in just about every aspect of the industry. 

The ideal person will come from a Main Contracting background with either a trade or academic qualification in a relative field, have residential experience, have more than 5 years in a similar role, be good under pressure, an excellent communicator and a great team leader.

Looking for someone who can take the job from green field to turn key.

The Role

• Oversee all trades and labour on site
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Engineer
• Responsible for Health and Safety on Site
• Follow all works to specification
• Responsible for the delivery of work on time and within budget
• Attend all site meetings.
• Planning of daily/weekly works for the team.
