CSR invites candidates with direct experience working as a Site Manager or Senior Site Engineer on Commercial Buildings. This role is for a candidate who has at least 3 years Post Graduate experience. The company covers projects throughout Ireland and the UK. Due to a number of new contracts won they are in the position to employ new members to the organisation. The company are interested in looking at senior engineers looking to move into site management or relatively new site managers with main contracting experience.

Project values range from £6 to £10million and the site based roles are mostly in and around Dublin.

Good packages available and travel, lodge, tolls, parking and food expenses covered, they are also providing a company van.

There is a clear progression with this company into project and contract management.

Responsibilities:

• Site Management of Sub- Contractors
• Management of Junior Engineers
• Management of Intermediate Engineers
• Health and Safety Management
• Consistent site meetings
• Method statement and risk assessment

Criteria:

• New Build Commercial experience
• Competent setting out and measuring
• Experience with Structural Steel beneficial
• Delegation of resources
