The company, based in Northern Ireland is recruiting for a Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background and a keen eye for detail. With this role you will be working on a £10million project in the heart of Belfast.

This is a prestigious project for the Contractor and the successful Manager will play a key role in the delivery of the project.

Requirements

• Ideally from a engineering background
• Experience in commercialprojects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £10M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Director level.
