CSR Construction is recruiting on behalf of a leading building developer, who specialise in High End Residential developments throughout Ireland.

The will provide the successful Site Manager the opportunity to head a construction team on a multi storey RC Frame residential project

Packages between £45 – 55k

Role

• Reporting to the Director and Contracts Manager
• Provide technical support
• Influential in key decision making
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
• Day to Day running of the site and management of teams and cub contractors

Requirements

• Engineering Background
• Experienced track record managing projects valued £3M+
• Provide a detailed Project List for RC Frame Contracts
