The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity for 2 No. Site Managers to work on a large Steel Frame commercial builds in the Glasgow area. The company is a top Irish contractor who are in the process of putting together a full site team for a project due to complete in 2027

The sections projects arrange in value from £10 – 50 million

Ideally looking for candidates with a strong engineering background

Good Packages available including flights and accommodation if needed.

Advertised at £55 – £70k and negotiable

Criteria

• HND / Degree Qualification in Engineering (ideally)
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on projects valued at £10m +
• Site Safety Pass
• Demonstrable RC Frame or Steel Frame experience on projects of a similar value

Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Responsibility for all day to day construction related issues
• Maintaining an exceptional high standard of health and safety
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
