The company, based in Northern Ireland are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to run a new housing project in Monaghan, ideally the candidates will have good residential experience and a keen eye for detail. With this role you will be working on a residential housing and apartment scheme

Packages around £35-45k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from an engineering background
• Experience in residential projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £4M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Director level.
