Ideally the candidates will have a good house building background, capable of running scheme of 15 + units and a keen eye for detail.

Packages around £35-45k plus van & fuel.

Immediate starts available.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade background
• Experience in social housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2-5M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Director level.
