Site Manager/Foreman - New Build Projects - Wales

CSR Construction has a new opportunity for a Site Manager to oversee new build projects in Wales. The company, based in Northern Ireland, due to growth in the region this top 5 NI contractor now have the need to add to their Management team. The Contractor is seeking someone who is capable of bringing the project from start through to handover. There is piling and precast structure with the project. Competitive salary with van and fuel. Accommodation and travel provided if needed.

40 week programme of works with roles available in NI or ROI after the project completes.

Criteria

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a No.1 Site Manager/Foreman
• Trades Background
• Experience working on projects €5M+
• Detailed project for the last 5+ years
• Provide full work history of Contractors worked for

Duties

• Report directly to the Contracts Manager
• Work closely with the Site Engineer and Site teams
• Day to day running of the construction site
• Chair weekly meetings
