CSR are currently seeking a Working Site Manager on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest growing bespoke joinery companies. The client is actively looking for a Working Site Manager to join a team of driven and determined individuals, initially on a temporary basis with a view to permanent employment.

The client is fresh, up and coming bespoke joinery contractor with an already impressive portfolio size with considerable business also lined up and agreed for the future. Specialising within the fit-out and refurb inustry, the client is also able to offer an extensive future career with plenty of scope for progression.

About the Role

The client is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to join their team as a Working Site Manager on a listed building project in Donaghadee. The role offers an excellent base for potential long-term project experience and career progression. The ideal candidate must have a high-level skill set in joinery, fit-out/refurb experience and be flexible and be comfortable client facing.

 Qualification/Skills

Our ideal candidate will:

·         Hold a Site Safety Supervisors/First Aid accreditation. (desirable)

·         Hold a current valid Driving Licence.

·         Have the ability to communicate directly with the Senior Site Manager and the wider Commercial Team.

·         Come from a Joinery background (preferably with listed building experience/knowledge).

·         Have the ability to undertake site surveys for minor works driving small projects to a close.

·         Have the ability to maintain good site/work records and maintain orders in line with their own scheduled tasks.

·         Liaise with the supply chain members and sub-contractors for works under their control.

·         Programme site Tasks in conjunction with a Programme of Works and or work Schedule under the guidance of his direct report.

·         Brief the Commercial Team and report back on the performance of projects, expenditure and subcontractors from a basic site level.
